Oui Chef began in Auckland and still functions there. We are now expanding throughout New Zealand and can provide personal and private chef services nationally – and internationally.
We bring the restaurant to you and add that extra je ne sais quoi – the finesse, flavours and flair of a chef extraordinaire.
How does it work?
At Oui Chef we work with you to design your dream menu because we believe each person has a vision for how they want their event to look. Having said that you can also leave it all up to us and be as ‘hands-off’ as you like.
We arrange an initial consultation and come to your home or proposed dinner party setting so we can see the space and equipment and what additional extras may be required.
We can then create a feast based on the seasonal best, your budget range, special dietary needs or a preferred cuisine type. This can be anything from French gastronomy to more casual Italian or free range garden to table.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold the date and ingredients must be paid for in advance. A proposed menu will be sent to you for your approval and we will also draw up an agreement around budgets, preferred vendors and any extras that may require pre-payment.
